The Intel® Developer Zone #Codefest for Android is designed to keep developers’ senses busy with hands-on technical sessions, debugging and testing, hacking and a generous sprinkle of fun.
It is for this reason that there will be an Intel® Developer Zone Code Fest event at the Outbox in Uganda this coming Friday 6th December, 2013. A team from Intel will be on site to help developers with any issues they may have regarding building, re-compiling and boosting their Android application performance.
There will be a host of Intel-powered Samsung Galaxy 3 Tablets and Asus FonePads for testing applications on (real environment), great technical support, presentations on the ‘whats’ and ‘whys’ and some exciting prizes (including an Acer Iconia) for the Best Ported App and the Best New App. Hundreds of KitKat bars will also given out at this free event.
You can register to be a member of the Intel Developer Zone here. Intel launched the Intel SSG, Software and Services Group, a few months ago (read on SSG on juuchini) and has been making good headway to woo developers into it.
