Microsoft recently launched this year’s (2011) version of their Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 software suite.
Having been tested by the best of the MS minds, the solution encompasses the entire scope of sales solutions, customer service solutions as well as marketing solutions as a whole.
Microsoft is all about automating the process and those of businesses around the World hence the name “Operations Dynamics” which it stresses in their campaign to push companies to adopt this versatile software.
The architecture is largely available through partners of the Microsoft Partnership Program some of who include Fintech (a Kenyan ICT Firm) although it is for selected clients for now.
This new version offers point-to-click configuration among a host of other easy to implement procedures that are key in ensuring business intelligence integration with other already in-the-market Microsoft products like Microsoft Office 2007 and MS Office 2010.
Companies in the manufacturing industry that are already on it include Polaris, Nikon and (MCF) Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklifts Europe.
