Jumia, the online marketplace backed by Rocket Internet, is bringing Black Friday to Kenya where it will roll out what the company is calling the biggest sales and discounts of the year, with huge cuts on products.
November 28 is the ultimate Black Friday sales day for Kenya with Jumia, with price cuts on a range of products set to begin next Monday, November 24, as the countdown kicks off.
Black Friday, is a day in the US held annually after Thanksgiving, when stores lower their prices for various products giving big discounts and special offers in the month of November.
Jumia is bringing the experience in Kenya in more accessible and efficient way as customers will not have to line up for long hours in stores or get caught up in traffic jam going for shopping as it happens in the US.
Customers will be saved the hustle with Jumia delivering products ordered to offices and homes, also allowing Kenyans to pay for the products on delivery.
Product deals are set to vary on different days with limited stock and time, so customers in Kenya wishing to take advantage of the biggest sales day by Jumia should keep tabs with the company to avoid missing out on the deals.
The sales day, which Nigeria already enjoys through Jumia and Konga, allows customers to shop for products at extremely low costs.
